I had the pleasure of Mr. Borrelli handling my employment matter. He is much more than I had hoped for and am very happy with the outcome. I look forward to what the future holds. Mr. Borrelli was referred to me by either the EEOC or Division of Human Rights. I highly recommend him and his firm.

To answer: I was never given the option to become a client of your firm.
Your offices reviewed my matter and declined to represent me.
I don't have a problem with this, but what does bother me (and the reason for my 1 star review) is that your attorney didn't even offer a cursory explanation of why he declined to represent me. He simply had his secretary call and tell me that he wouldn't pursue the matter.
It's a lack of basic professionalism, and bothered me enough to rate your firm 1 star.

The law firm of Borrelli & Associates represented me in a legal matter and they did an outstanding job. Many thanks to Andrew Weiss, for his professionalism, constant interaction with me, and valued insight of the law with respect to my specific case. Needless to say, I am happy with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend their firm to address your legal concerns.

I felt very alone for a while in regards to my situation - every lawyer I called had no answers or resolution and wouldn’t take on my case… but then I called Andrew Weiss & that all changed! I explained everything I went through with my past employer as well as how much of a struggle it was to get help. Andrew listened attentively, always discussed everything in detail, made sure to be persistent although it was a hard case to handle and never gave up on me. I am happy with the outcome and wouldn’t have wanted any other lawyer to have been by my side through it all. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew Weiss ESQ is a phenomenal lawyer. He handled my matter with care and made me feel heard. He was available around the clock for any needs and questions I had. He was extremely detail oriented, timely, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer. His office is like Olive Garden - when you’re here, you’re family

I would recommend mr. weiss to anyone. Both he and his firm worked vigorously to achieve a successful outcome in my case. I never felt like I was out the loop, they made it a point to keep me informed on every aspect of the case. If you are looking for a lawyer that will fight for your rights and treat you as a human being and not just another big check then I recommend Borrelli and associates.

Do not go to them. They will make you sign a retainer agreement and pay upfront the retainer fee regardless if you win or not. There's no refund if there isn't a resolution that is feasible for the client. Who would want to sign a workplace separation agreement for 20k that will get you blacklisted in your field of work and include conditions of Medicare and Medicaid that will possibly harm you if you become disabled or are in retirement? No one! These things should not be included in a separation agreement and a lawyer representing you should fight for your rights instead of trying to get you to sign this and keep $2k and keep sending you a $20 bill. Unacceptable. Don't seek them for assistance, they will not help the employee.
