Too expensive

If you are looking for an employment law firm, you should make an appointment with Borelli & Associates. Everyone is extremely pleasant and competent. You will be told up front what they think they can do for you and will keep you informed of the progress along the way. I am pleased that I chose their firm to represent me in a matter.

I went thru two of the most difficult years of my life with this firm. My attorney was Michael Minkoff for the entire time. He always treated me with respect kindness and responded to every single anxiety ridden question or concern with patience and listened. He and his firm not only saw me through from beginning to end but went above and beyond to let me know I mattered. I am highly recommending this firm. I have nothing but glowing things to say about the law firm of Borrelli & Associates. From the receptionists to the paralegals to the lawyers themselves, they are a class act. The lawyer who handled my case, Caitlin Duffy, was professional, affable, and very knowledgeable. Of special note is how she made me feel like she actually cared about the outcome of the case and didn’t treat me like just another litigant. She was honest with me about expectations from day one, kept in phone and email contact with me, and fought for me when it seemed like an impasse had been reached. My name is Jakwan Rivers. I was a long time NYC employee of the NYCHA and a Union official of Teamsters local 237 representing city employees. As I opposed the treatment of the members by city and union officials, I decided that in order to change the way business was done, was to run for president of the union and affect change and as a result, I became a target of both interties for retaliation. As a union official/city employee, I've had the privilege of working with many attorneys from all walks of law and I must say, their focus, commitment and professionalism was above and beyond what was expected. Borrelli Team kept me informed, Updated and I was totally involved in the entire process as part of the team. The Borrelli Team vigorously addressed the issues at hand and represented my case superbly. AIthough we was unsuccessful in achieving our goal, there's nothing that wasn't addressed or unrepresented in my opinion. I liked their website and reviews, plus they came highly recommended as experts representing federal employees. I retained their services for two years. During that time, I received outstanding legal counsel, excellent customer service, and peace of mind. I was always able to reach my assigned attorney either by phone or email. She processed all of my legal documents in a timely and professional manner. She also kept me in the loop whenever she spoke with the Agency’s Attorney and EEOC Administrative Judge. Overall, I was very pleased with the positive legal outcome and their fair detailed billing process.
