I worked with Mr. Kappor and his firm in mid-Sept., 2021 regarding a business matter, and he/they unexpectedly and inexplicably cut off communication with me. My final communication from Mr. Kapoor was an e-mail on Sept. 22nd. I e-mailed him and called the office multiple times since then, and the most I got was firm employee Ms. Membreno telling me that he/they were working on a getting a response soon. It’s now mid-April, 2022, and I still haven’t gotten more back.

If you're searching for an attorney, you must consider one's experience, temperament, personality, responsiveness, and legal finesse in dealing with "divorce" especially when children are at stake causing an embattlement the likes of which the movie Kramer vs. Kramer looks like a Disney movie. Tony and I fully prepared for trial up to the day of; then settled. His responsiveness is uncanny. He does not raise his voice, but when arguing points, he will back his opponent into a corner with untenable arguments. He responds to emails almost immediately. He knows the law. We dealt with the opposition consistently lying, as did my Ex, about all matters and were prepared to expose the truth at trial. Go for a consult. Its a no brainer to higher such a qualified, personable, and knowledgeable lawyer who is a regular guy. His office staff were also friendly, competent, and compassionate. He will also make you aware of all strategies, and the costs for applying each. At court, the man was known by everyone. After, forensics, law guardians, parenting coordinators, full trial prep, I'm satisfied with the outcome as much as one can be. I was ready to see this through to the very end, and did, with a competent attorney in Tony beside me.

This law firm is very trustable. My mother is very pleased with how efficient and understanding the lawyers are. Carole helped my mother throughout her process and always had answers to her questions. If she needed reassurance, Carole was always there to tell her everything will be okay. This is a very trustable law firm and we have recommended this law firm to many of our friends and acquaintances! I can not say enough good things about the Kapoor Law Firm. Ashish, Edward, and the entire staff were a pleasure to work with. They helped my husband and I obtain my green card. They were on top of everything. They took the time to explain the process and navigated us through the entire experience. They were professional and responsive to all of our needs. We used Kapoor law firm for some issues we had ran into with the green card and naturalization process. Their team was very professional from start to finish and were always easy to get on the phone. (This is a huge plus! And I speak from experience after dealing with some other sub par firms/lawyers). The paralegal Edward Gunning was particularly helpful and made sure we had the correct documents needed, reaching out and following up with us every time, which made it such a painless process. When my interview was scheduled they helped prep and collect all documents needed, went over the how it would go and what questions would be asked, then on the day of the interview Mr Kapoor came to make sure everything went well. Which it did! Very happy with service provided - would recommend.

Going through this process is hard enough, but doing it through Covid-19 was a disaster. What should have taken 2-3 months, back in late 2019, ended up taking a year & half to 2/2021. That said, this had nothing to do with Carole & Kapoor at all. Shut down is shut down. During this time, the communication between Carole and I was pleasant & caring. Carole understood our frustration and did everything in her power to stay on top of our case through channels unavailable to the public. We already plan on giving them more work, and continue referring friends, family & any others who ask to their firm. This has been our 2nd successful case with Carole & Kapoor Law Firm. I am sure that case #3 will be a charm! Just as the saying goes.
