It would be an understatement to say that I was frightened and confused when I received a letter from the IRS saying I owed a large amount of money. Like many people, I had let a minor tax issue (it all started with one un-filed return 30 years ago) with the IRS and NYS turn into a huge problem after many years of ignoring and compounding (more missed returns) the problem, hoping it would go away. It didn't go away and eventually I had to seek legal help. From our first (free) consultation, I could tell that Charles was a no nonsense person. He was up front with his fee schedule and payment plan and he didn't make any wild promises, instead he promised me that he would help navigate these murky waters and be by my side every step of the way. He set realistic goals and timelines and provided a much needed buffer between myself and these two agencies. In the end, my 30 year long nightmare came to a calm and agreeable end. My only regret is that I didn't seek Mr. Rosselli's help much sooner.
