Neil Ackerman is an excellent attorney with more than 32 years as a lawyer who knows the in's, the out's, the up's and downs of Bankruptcy Law. He is technically astute in a wide array of complicated law as it applies to an individual, a married couple or corporation. He genuinely has his clients best interest in mind always and is available for what seems to be "always on call' which is key to moving through a more than difficult situation. His ethics are beyond reproach and he will always make his clients aware when the situation is up to the line but he won't push it beyond into a dangerous or needless scenario due to ego. Always, like a tracking system he has his mind and actions on what will get his clients across the finish line based on the feedback you give him. He protects his clients as if a big brother, one which no doubt navigates and negotiates the seemingly impossible cliffhanger of a situation into a surmountable solution in which he guide’s you together to overcome. The legal system is desperate for more lawyers with the ‘s attributes he exerts steadfastness, truth and credibility. He has a life time of book and “in the ring experience” which is invaluable to clients and moves them through the impending gauntlet which a creditor or plaintif can hurl at the defenses doorstep. Neil has earned more than three decades in the courtroom in “hand to hand legal combat” which clients feel a calming comfort that while life is not perfect, you made the perfect choice by drafting Neil Ackerman onto your team.
