I hired Mr. Henry in August 2023 for a medical discriminatory employment matter. I have reached out to him several times, but he only returns my calls after I beg and plead for an update. He reassures me that the matter is being taken care of, but he has not taken any action. He provided a link to my proof of documents he supposedly sent to the employer, but the link was broken. Despite promising on many occasions to provide a working link, he has not done so. Additionally, Mr. Henry has been unavailable frequently due to sick days, family emergencies, and now he is on vacation for a month. This matter is time-sensitive, and his prolonged absences are causing significant delays. He even promised to refund the money through Affirm, but Affirm cannot help me without his response, and it has been almost a year. Mr. Henry has not handled this matter professionally. When I mentioned consulting with his board, he accused me of threatening him. I am extremely dissatisfied with his services and the lack of communication and progress in resolving my case.

I retained Mr Henry for a complex civil matter, he handled it professionally and was very responsive to my needs and requests. He explained the law to me, and my options and represented me throughout the entire process in a competent and efficient matter.
