I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Hiring David was the best decision I could've made in what was a nightmare situation in a landlord/ tenant dispute. He was responsive, insightful and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend David to anyone who feels like they are in the dark with landlord/ tenant law. He will show you the light! Working with David has been an absolute pleasure. I brought him a very difficult situation that my family and I were facing during an already difficult time around the world, and he made it right. I was being unfairly treated by my landlord and David was there to answer my questions along the way, returning my call whenever I reached out (which unfortunately I have learned firsthand is not typical of most attorneys) and ultimately ensuring that we prevailed in the end. If you are considering working with David and not sure if he is right for you, I will say this: David’s rates were extremely reasonable, and where we landed with the case was exceptional. What more do you need to know?

David will sell you the dream about all the things he will do for you before you pay his fee. After you pay, you will be lucky to get him on the phone. Every time you call it will be forwarded to an automated reception service that takes down your phone number like you've never called before. Emails and calls will go unanswered for days. Not a great experience, will not be going back

Mr. Witkon is great at what he does. My mom lives alone and rented to a tenant that took advantage of her situation and broke every agreement in his lease. The advise was so profound, she had hires him the same day. I would recommend Attorney David Witkon to anyone he is excellent.

My landlord was kind of driving me crazy in the beginning. I was frustrated and it's also difficult for me to follow the landlord/tenant rules. So I hired David to talk with my landlord and he handled that very well. In the end, my landlord returned my security deposit. David is a reliable lawyer. His charge is fair too. I totally recommend him.

I hired Mr. Witkon based on these Avvo reviews, and quickly realized he was not what the reviews stated he was, but a inarticulate, poorly informed person, who did not have command of the law. He gave misinformation to myself, and I had to take him to arbitration to retrieve my money. I won! Stay away from him!

Thia guy is great. He spends the extra minute to make you know what your rights are. He doesnt just turn you away or make you feel insuperior

Mr. Witkon was our attorney for a complicated commercial landlord/tenant dispute. I hired David to handle some of my landlord-tenant matters at a shopping center I manage, he is always a phone call away and on top of everything. He makes me feel protected as his client, and although it does sound cliche, he is really an attorney that cares about his client and about doing the right thing. You really can't say that about many attorneys these days. He also is very intelligent and knows how to win, but in a legal and responsible way. Wish I met him sooner.
