I consulted with Elan about an arbitration case and breach of contract. He was extremely thorough and took the extra time to explain the process and all options available. He was extremely caring and helpful. We discussed the different state laws on arbitration. I would highly recommend, especially for cases dealing with arbitration and/or mediation. I feel less stressed after consulting with him.

I placed a phone call to this attorney about advice for dealing with mediation in a LT case. He was quick to respond. He gave detailed answers, and did not make me feel rushed, despite this being a consultation. He was attentive to the details of my case and knew a great deal of actionable information offhand. Elan is truly a one of a kind attorney and human being.
