The lawyer firm's assistant told me not to contact the insurance and will send forms to request required payment but did not do anything at all . After I wrote email and contact her, she promised that she would contact but still did not do anything at all. It was time sensitive and then it expired and I lost qualification to get what I should be paid and got nothing
