We started looking into the adoption process in the summer of 2020 and a friend of ours who had recently adopted recommended we speak to Faith. When we first met with Faith during our initial consultation, we could tell how passionate she was about her field and we knew we would be in good hands. Faith helped get us state certified and home study approved by November of 2020. While we were waiting to get certified, the office’s social media specialist Mia helped us get our website and social media accounts prepared and ready to launch once we got certified. Fast forward to June of 2021 when we were contacted by our son Joey’s birth mother. Faith went above and beyond to help us through this roller coaster of a ride. She was our rock and was also a quick phone call, text or email away when we had a question or concern. We flew to Arizona for our son’s birth and Faith was still at the ready whenever we needed anything or had any questions. The adoption process is not for the faint of heart and can be very complex, but Faith helps and guides you every step of the way along this incredible journey. We will be forever grateful to Faith for helping us become parents to our sweet and adorable Joey. Faith was a great resource for us during our adoption of our daughter. We wish we had hired sooner than we did as she educated us on points we were unaware of as foster parents.
