Driving to Mr. Cook's office I was numb with nervous, my heart was beating so fast, I didn't know what to expect in regards to my legal matter. The minute Mr. Cook opened the door and we sat down in his office my fears started to go away. He makes you feel comfortable in a way that everything is going to be OK. He is professional and well educated, I mean the man has multiple computer screens...it comes to no surprise that he is efficient in his work. Mr. Cook didn't mind stopping every five minutes to answer my thousands upon thousands of questions. He never made any face of annoyance, he welcomed all questions and made sure I was well informed on each and every step in regards to my legal matter. I do want to mention Mr. Cook's staff, they are extremely professional, knew exactly what I was calling about (no explanation was needed), and they are just as informative as Mr. Cook is. I would highly recommend Mr. Cook and his team to anyone with a legal matter.

During a less than 10-minute consultation I had with him today, he was extremely irritated, unprofessional, condescending, and rude. I'm surprised an attorney would even act that way, it was weird. I would never trust him to represent me for any matter
