I met Jim and Jennifer back in Dec 2015 and explained my situation as I was going through divorce and was in Conditional GC and Jennifer clearly walked me through the process. She is very meticulous and detailed orientated when it comes to any case she takes up. I had a lot to deal with my ex and there was a false allegation against me and I hired Jennifer as my attorney to defend the case and came out clean and the case was dismissed and expunged. I must say Jennifer has been the savior of my life. There were times when I have to quickly reach out to her and she will promptly respond back very soon - I have never ever seen this quality and promptness in any of the attorneys whom I have hired before. My husband and I hired Jennifer Mazzei to file an immigration petition. In March 2016, my wife (now) and I got engaged and we went to Jennifer's office to request help to adjust my wife's status. Back then, she had a student visa. We scheduled an appointment with Jennifer and she explained all the possible option on how to adjust her status so she is legal in the USA. Jennifer was extremely helpful, very responsive and professional. In November 2016, my wife and i got officially married and we immediately filed for her green card. Jennifer helped us gather all the appropriate paperwork and guided us through the entire process. The USCIS received out application at the end of December. Our interview got waived, something that we didn't expect. In March 2017, i received an approval notice for both my work authorization and green card. A week later, i received both by mail. Jennifer was always there in every step of the way. Our experience with Jennifer couldn't be better! She is not just a lawyer; Jennifer is a lawyer who puts her clients first. Jenny Mazzei, i don't even know where to begin. I will preface this review with one comment. YOU HAVE TO, AT THE VERY LEAST CALL HER AND MEET HER FOR A CONSULT.
