My experience with John Biondo gave me the confidence and professional advice needed to fight unfounded OP charges, fabricated situations & gun charges. It is very difficult to win custody battles when a child is under 2 years old. John's legal strategies and timing gave my ex-spouse enough rope to hang herself. One thing I learned from this very patient, but strategic man is that court is like a chess game. You do not win immediately; you must wait for the right moment.
