The opponents of my case dragged it on for 5 years. I was finally ready to make my deposition, and the gentleman died! After going through all the Estate procedures, I finally was able to make it after an additional year and a half!!! The firm was at my side throughout all of the setbacks and additional filings. I feel so very fortunate to have this firm, and a number of their incredible employees, representing me! To say I recommend them, is a major understatement!

I am writing this review regarding my medical malpractice law suit, which was represented by Joseph Muzio from Dell & Dean. When I originally decided to pursue a medical malpractice lawsuit, I had met with another law firm and they did not take on my case because they didn't think they could succeed in proving it.
