Maureen Dougherty is a person you can not an should not trust. She is a lier. Do not under any circumstances trust her, or anything she says. Save your money, and her empty promises. My Daughter had a nightmare with this women. Lawyers are suppose to help, she is the opposite.

I was given Mr. Soffer's name from a friend who used his services and was extremely pleased and satisfied with the outcome of her divorce case. I contacted him for a consult for my friend who was too distraught to take this first step herself. Joe was patient, kind, informative and gave extremely good and sound advice that I transmitted to my friend. I lost my case because of Joseph's negligence. He is also very aggressive and rude in court and it backfired on me. Judges don't like that. Joseph was not able to remember many important facts about my case from one court date to the next. He did not come in prepared. He refused to include crucial evidence that I asked him to include and was rude and yelled at me when I challenged him on it. He is just rude, unprepared and he could not care less if he loses on your behalf. Hiring him is one of my biggest regrets.
