I worked with John Whiteman for three years while going through my divorce. It was a long and exhausting process and there were many delays and bumps in the road from the other side, but John was always there to help me through it. He was attentive to my phone calls and concerns, always responding promptly. He was very well-versed in the law and well-prepared for court hearings and appearances, he was also calm and reassuring during this emotional time in my life. Knowing I had John on my side, made things that much easier for me. He never brushed me off or treated me with anything but respect. I never felt like just another number to him; rather, I was a valued client and together, as a team, we were able to finalize my divorce and meet my needs, financially. He was always great at communicating what was going to happen and what to expect at all times. This also helped put me at ease. He is also very meticulous and dedicated to keeping up with current laws, which is a necessity in his field.

Scott was very helpful, we live in San Francisco and without meeting in person he got my husband’s case dismissed. He responded to all my emails and text messages promptly and he kept me updated every step of the way. Prior to finding John Whiteman at Joseph Law Group, I felt hopeless, helpless and completely overwhelmed about all the restrictions and obstacles that would affect my much needed divorce. As soon as I met with John I felt 100% more empowered, informed and weightless and honestly nothing changed throughout the entire process from start to finish. John was recommended to me by another attorney so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised and how easy he made the process. As a perk, everyone in the office is super professional and were in constant communication with me about how long everything would take and had no problem answering all of my questions. Early represented me in 2015 in a family matter, I was charged top dollar for what I believed at the time was good representation. Ms. Early speaks and writes eloquently to mask the fact that she lacks knowledge of family law and more offen that not irritated the judge with her contradicting arguments. She will bleed you dry of any money u might have, then empty the pockets of your family and friends as well. After all was said and done I was advised to sign a settlement agreement for custody that I didn’t agree with but had my back against the wall because of her inability to present the facts of the case. So you’ve been warned, pay now or pay later, or hire Ms. Early and pay both times. Bad bad bad choice for me, good luck

I cannot say enough good things about Friedman & Friedman. Going through a divorce is horrible but having an attorney that provides expertise, guidance, and patience makes the ordeal a bit less painful. The firm of Friedman& Friedman provide all of those things. Sari Friedman is a no-nonsense attorney who tells you what you can expect not just what you want to hear. She prepares you to deal with the financial aspects of the process by letting you know what the law is and what possible mitigations exist for your individual case. She is a seasoned attorney and her experience and reputation are invaluable. She also has a staff that is marvelous and if you are lucky enough to have her assign Jennifer Moran to your case you will be in the hands of someone who is organized, efficient, experienced and supportive. She is able to deal with the most difficult and frustrating of opposing counsel and protects her clients interest all the way. She gives you her legal advice but accepts that you will make your own decisions when it comes to what you can live with or cannot accept. While no one will ever be 100% happy with what the courts decide in terms of maintenance, division of property, etc. or how settlement negotiations play out, you have the best chance of getting the best possible outcome when you have the law firm of Friedman & Friedman as your attorney. I am forever grateful to Sari and Jennifer for the representation, diligence, guidance and support they provided to me during my divorce proceedings. I recommend them highly to anyone, man or woman, that finds themselves at threshold of divorce.

Professional service with a smile is an understatement at this firm. From receptionist to attorney this firm is an A+. I was treated exceptionally, spoken to gracefully and I never had to wonder where I was in the process or who my attorney was working for! After being taken advantage of by three attorneys in trying to help my son, I was referred to Sari Friedman. She quickly understood the situation & took charge in representing me & my son. Sari is tough, aggressive & very much knowledgeable & has a team behind her that is the same. They do not play games, they answer every e-mail & call & still represent me to this day.
