I requested to work with one of the partners, they said it would cost too much money despite me never complaining about cost. I have spent thousands and been in and out of court modifying the custody order that I was advised to settle on. I would have had NO problem going to trial. Please make sure you revise your custody order and understand that you NEVER have to settle in a case for things you don’t want to settle in. While trial may be expensive, if you have the money and are willing to go to trial they shouldn’t advise otherwise. It’s your business how you choose to spend your money. Money is not worth more than the value of custody for some parents and they shouldn’t advise against it. In a rush to settle they completely screwed me and I’m Still paying the consequences of what they advised me to do.

What can I say. Itamar honestly is such a good person. Its not even about a attorney/client relationship. He takes cases to heart as father, a professional and a friend. I called at 7:30p and he picked up while on vacation with his kids. This firm is not only well equiped professionally with long fostered relationships within the court systems, judges, law gaurdians etc but VERY good at what they do. They'll work with you on every level as long as you work with them. If there was a 6th Start option I would have have picked it.
