He does not have basic listening skills. He is never considers the full facts surrounding a case. He makes side deals. He is untrustworthy and you can never count on him to return your calls no matter how important it is.

The worst experience I have ever had with an attorney in my life. He does not follow up with cases which leads to catastrophic results. Please do not ever expect for him to return your calls either.

Although a kind person, he was not knowledgeable in any area of my divorce. As a result, i did not get monies due me. It took me a long time 2 get ovr my mistake in hiring him and how it effected my family.

Mr. Weinreich took my retainer fee and did NOTHING for me for three years. Did not return phone calls or certified mail. The Bar Association Arbitration hearing process Mr. Weinreich did not appear or even call, 30 days later he responded to the Arbitrator with the excuse" that he had a headache that day & has no money to pay me back". Can you imagine if we responded to the courts that way, they would send out a warrant, garnish our salary, but this man walks free. During the three years of waiting for replies to him my Husband robbed our 401k, stocks & bonds.
