I closed two houses with Sardar. He's one of the fastest and most proficient lawyer I've ever met. While you relax at home waiting out the days for closing Sardar literally gets things DONE behind the scenes. He's affiliated with different banks and can work on their side as well. That helps too cause again things happen fast. When the bank is giving issues with documents here and there Sardar is on top of it. The second time I closed it literally took us at closing 20 minutes. And after closing Sardar is done, but he doesn't stop working for you. He'll continue to be supportive even after if there are property issues. I can't imagine a lawyer more hard working, efficent and as FAST as him. Highly recommend.
