He doesn't answer the phone for his clients. I'm not his client, but I was sitting next to his client when they called 4 times on 4 different days.

In order to maximize the value of a case while working off the disabled, injured, sick and vulnerable is to keep a case pending for as long as possible in hopes to get it denied as many times as possible and therefore, keeping the case ongoing as long as possible. That way, the law firm stands to gain the most money. With a Fee schedule of 25% for all BACK PAY, there is NO FINANCIAL INCENTIVE for law firm to get you approved quickly … so if the approval comes LATER and the BACK PAY is for a LONGER period of time, it will benefit the LAW FIRM… if approval comes EARLIER and BACK PAY is for SHORTER period of time it benefits the CLIENT… incentive is to keep the case pending, denied, appealed etc… failures to meet deadlines, negligence and or incompetence amount to denials, appeals and extensions which in turn amount to LARGER PAYOUT TO LAW FIRM AND LESS PAYMENT TO CLAIMANT, SICK, DISABLED OR INJURED… keep it pending as long as possible in order to build percentage based fees…. Systemic complexity to exploit disabled, injured, sick and vulnerable.

I worked with John P. Whiteman III who was straightforwardly down to earth, very precise, and realistic as to likely outcomes. John was also very pragmatic and cost conscious when it comes to choosing a strategy to answer a family court matter. I can only recommend him highly, and wished we had started working together earlier.
