I would like to share my experience using John Whiteman’s services for divorce/legal separation. This process was truly a difficult one for me personally. When going through an experience that is truly life-changing, making the best choices can be very difficult. However, making the best choices was very easy for John. Looking back, the advice I got from John from day one through the end was truly insightful and on target. Everything John told me would happen did happen. John truly knows the legal system and what is best for his clients. I want to write the best review possible and a review that does justice to the service that John provided. So what I would like the reader to take away from my review is, I full heartedly recommend John because he truly has his clients best interest at heart. All of the solutions that he came up with were not only my best interest, but in hindsight they were in best interest for the family. If you utilize John services then you have made the right choice.

I highly recommend the Joseph Law Group as one of your consultations when thinking about or needing representation through the process of divorce. I knew I made the right decision when signing on board with them immediately after the consultation which was completely thorough and provided me a complete understanding of what to expect. The Team from the office was able to streamline and represent me in a way that eased this stressful process. I was always kept in the reality of what to expect throughout negotiations with no false promises. In the end I was completely satisfied with the legal services provided by the group. I recently used this firm . I found them through google . I had the worst experience with them . From the begining I was told I would not have no problem reaching someone at the firm . Not the case. Everytime I did reach my paralegal her name was courin It would get me upset talking to her. Her favorite thing is to aswer a question with a question . Mind you when I did get sick I had a mild heart attack . I had legionare's disease . In the hospital for 9 day's 7 in ICU . I did all my own leg work bringing paperwork back and forth to bayshore . I live in massapequa . My case was won but had to do a second virtual hearing which went bad my doctor did not check the right box for the percentage of disabilaty . After the hearing my lawyer called me to explain all that transpired . My second lawyer was very professional wish I had her name she explained to me about the mistake my doctor made by checking the wrong box . I explained to her I was just greatful to be alive . My doctor told me I almost lost my life. And that I would like to move on with my life . She in turn explained it would be much more money . This is a friday when the virtual case happend . All I had to do was get the right box checked . I went that monday to my doctor and hand deliverd the letter to the hicksville office where I talked the receptionest his name was george very pleasent person .He took all my info and emailed to my lawyer .I asked george could he please confirm that it arrived and he did. 3 day's passed no call from my lawyer . When I finally did reach courin my paralegal she was no help what so ever . She just frustrated me to the point that I lost my composure and started using fowl language . 5 minutes later a lawyer ms kostner calls and tell's me I can't talk to her people like that .I explained all to ms kostner what all happend about the letter and she in turn told me they never recieved the letter from my there hicksville office and that george was sick . I told ms kostner Its in God's hand's . Stiil don't know what happend about the letter from doctor.I have never in my life had to use a workers comp lawyer . But if I ever do again it wont be this firm . The reception people are so nice and courtious. That's where it stop's

10/12/23 Update**|m leaving another review because Mr Alvarez is amazing and glad having him on my team along with everyone else. This has been going on two years now so far and if it's one question or twenty he's there to answer immediately and always willing to help. I definitely got lucky to have them on my side. I’ve been dealing with a work related injury and represented by p,t,z etc and my paralegal Jorge A. goes above and beyond for me. When I ask him or he tells me he’s going to do something he does and I never have to think twice. And by the time I can remember to follow up he’s already replying with an answer. If there was 10 stars I would give that.

The BEST OF THE BEST! Our family hired Mr Steven Gaitman throughout the years and each case resulted in a positive outcome. He is dedicated to his clients, very knowledgeable, professional and communicates throughout the process. Highly recommended..dont go to court without him!!
