Paralegal was very professional and informative

I've had some issues trying to get someone to help me. I had been thru several paralegals, I would either call or email the paralegal regarding the issue, and i wouldn't hear back. A couple of weeks ago a gentlemen reached out to me ( Anthony Early) because I had been trying to reach Jorge Alvarez, Anthony called me apologized for the " lack of communication" and went to bat for me, he talked with the carrier and within 2 days the problem had been taken care of. Anthony went above and beyond my expectations, he is a gentlemen and he says what he means. For the first time in a while I actually feel like someone has my back. Thank you Maryanne Gallo
