Today I had the pleasure and good fortune of speaking with an employee of your company who was the most knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and pleasant person I have spoken with in a very long time. She did not hesitate to take as much time that was necessary to assist me. Her name is Keisha. I told her that if I was still working I would hire her in a minute. Service throughout the process was terrific. This was a difficult time but the staff at Pasternack was always responsive and professional. Debra and Yasmine were always there for our questions.

Debra Cooper was my paralegal and she went above and beyond for my case. She always took the time out to speak to me. When I was in so much pain and fear that my case would not work out for me she always reassured that it will all be fine. She talked to me like a true friend yet I never met her. Then all her hard work paid off. We didn’t even have to go to court and she called and told me I won 2 cases. I didn’t even know I had 2 cases. She was always sympathetic to my plight and always available to me to talk. She made sure I had all my paperwork. And if something was missing she sent it to me to get it filled out properly. I believe that she is a true asset to your company and would be a great lawyer because I won because of her due diligence. We didn’t even need the lawyer we just needed her. I think that she should be awarded a bonus for her hard work and making a huge difference in my life. Now because if her I feel like more of a man and less of a burden. For some reason i was having trouble connecting with one of the offices. I was not getting my calls returned. I finally somehow got Keesha Hughes on the phone. I told her I was planning on finding another firm, Keesha took my concerns seriously right away. I decided I'd follow Keeshas advice and stayed with the firm, I then met Cathy Stanton and well the rest is history, I knew I was in good hands with a firm that didn't treat me like an insignificant case. I'd like to mention that I started this because Ed Schein was my original Attorney when the case first started. IHe now is with this firm I also have to mention Mr. Rob Stanton who filled in when Cathy had to attend a very personal matter. Rob was also responsive to my emails and followed through for Cathy greatly. The bottom line Keesha kept my interebst in the firm and then Cathy as well as Rob kept things going.

The staff was very supportive and attentive of my needs wherever I had a question or a problem about my case. Robert D. Stanton went above and beyond keeping me informed with the progression of my case through emails and text after-hours when the office was closed.
