Scott Gross only cares about his money . He does not care about his client well being , he only cares about his pocket. Not a effective criminal lawyer, maybe for other cases, like fighting traffic tickets, divorce and so on but do not use him for any major criminal cases. Its sad that people pay all this money to help their loves one and you give back nothing in return. Nothing to show.

My case was complicated in nature due to my profession (law enforcement). I came to Mr. Epstein a few months after my incident. A friend had been representing me for free previously. My suggestion would be to see Mr. Epstein immediately. His knowledge on DWI is unmatched as he has an institute in defending it. He was tenacious and tireless, and constantly developed multiple strategies to tackle my case. My case lasted over three years and the Manhattan DA’s Office was unwilling to make an impaired offer even after such a long period of time had passed. Mr. Epstein drafted several 30/30 motions and found holes in the DA’s case until they finally relented and we got a resolution we were happy with. I am eternally grateful to him. Thank you.

Shany took the bull of an Israeli divorce and had it domesticated by a New York court so that my ex-wife and I could divide up our US based assets, including traditional and Roth IRAs. She mastered the dual languages (Hebrew and English) of the dual Israeli court system (Rabbinic and municipal), and attained a court order mandating that the New York based investment organizations complete the terms of the divorce. Shany is patient, thorough, tactful, focused, strategic, articulate as well as accessible and friendly.
