Don’t trust them they give out privileged info to opposing attorneys

I used HoganWillig for a real estate transaction. They were great. My phone calls/emails were always returned promptly. They made sure everything was completed promptly and kept me advised of the process during the stressful time. I definitely recommend them for any real estate issues.

Unfortunately, due to a personal relationship with Corey Hogan, my father used them to handle his estate. They have proven to be grossly incompetent. His estate sat untouched on one of their attorney’s desk for a year. ONE year and nothing was done to settle it despite multiple phone calls. Diane Tiveron then “personally” took it over. I use that term loosely because she personally never returned any of my phone calls. She handed the case off to Danielle DeJoseph. Although the communication improved a bit, when all was said and done, there was an over $3000 discrepancy between what was in his estate and what we received. My sister and I have both requested MULTIPLE times for an itemized billing from them and have yet to receive one, even though we were told we would (it’s been 5 months). They were paid upfront prior to his estate sitting on one of their attorney’s desk for a year. They should be ashamed of themselves for a) charging us for phone calls to make sure they were actually following through this time and for b) not disclosing to us that that’s what they were doing especially since they were calling both me and my sister. On top of that they filed the tax form wrong!!! Instead of issuing us a K-1, they filed his estate as a 1099 misc which would’ve almost doubled the amount of taxes we owed. This firm absolutely disgusts me and I will tell anyone and everyone I know not to utilize their services.

THE BEST in Western New York in my career. As a realtor, it is imperative that your attorney is kind to clients, communicates, knows what he is doin and has a team that answers the phone and returns calls.. Bruce Ikefugi is amazing and has paralegals that make working with Hogan Willig priceless. The attorney and his/her paralegals can make or break how smoothly a real estate transaction goes. SO appreciated and DO recommend them!!!

This was the most beautiful and largest building of lawyers I have ever seen. I would compare it a 5 star hotel in Las Vegas for elegance. I went in for a consult and found the staff to be friendly and competent.

I'm applying for ssd. My lawyer is Paul. He is great. He actually cares about his client. You Don't find that every day from a lawyer. Always answers , and calls you back. If your looking for good lawyers , go with Hogan and willig! I'm pretty sure they do comp. I have them for ssd.
