Kevin and his team cleared my driving record with over 13 tickets in many locations in New York State.

Kevin is a nIce, helpful, knowledgeable attorney. However, he charged me $125 for a one hour consultation that I believe most attorneys would have done for free, so this makes me question his/his firm's level of honesty and integrity.

He was very responsible attorney providing best solution for my speed ticket near Niagara Full, NY I was driving 55mph zone at 73mph without noticing it.... and got 4 point tickets. However, I found Attorney Mahoney at Avvo and spoke with him regards to this ticket and resolve the issue very easily! I highly recommend attorney Mahoney for any speed tickets you get!

I am extremely grateful to Kevin Mahoney for his help. Kevin is an absolutely kind person and, as I witnessed, an extremely qualified lawyer. The police issued me two tickets, one for having a forged safety inspection sticker, and the other for displaying it. Both are criminal charges. Kevin was amazing in the Amherst Town Court; he was able to have the charges reduced to the fine for driving the car with a lapsed inspection.
