She was brutally bad for me and a total waste of time and money. She was going through her own "issues" and bungled the whole thing. She didn't care about my case - at all - and from speaking to others, I was not alone, and I don't think her own "issues" were an excuse. I think that's just the way she operates. I can only shake my head at the wasted time and money. Look elsewhere. Good ones ARE around. I was fortunate to find one later on.
