Don’t waste your money. He will just take your money and then avoid your calls. Very BAD service. If I could give zero stars, I would definitely do it. John stole $2,500 from us last year.

My ex hired John Maccarone’s son, Kevin Maccarone to conduct our divorce affairs. I am not from or living in the area so Kevin kindly encouraged me to contact him from the beginning with any questions I had regarding the divorce, and gave me his personal cell phone number. After our initial conversation, Kevin was rude and unprofessional towards me for the next several months. He should have never encouraged me to contact him if he did not want me to. When I had simple questions, he sent many nasty text messages (which I wish I could post screenshots of here) stating things such as “First of all if u checked the papers...” and sarcastically saying “i def work for you.” Despite not being my hired lawyer, this level of professionalism was shocking and I am surprised the firm would let such a person stay on as a member of their team. I would encourage those looking for a lawyer to consider a different firm if you’d like issues to be solved amicably and/or if you expect a lawyer to treat all parties with respect and transparency. In response to the owner: Yes...thanks for the clarification. I was very transparent in my review about the facts of that case. However, I don't believe it is legal for you to divulge legal matters such as that (and other instances I see on reviews) publicly. That's a very bad look for you. I hope people who wish for fair and honest counsel choose someone else who will not speak unprofessionally on a public forum about their case!

This men is a life saver

One of the best lawyers around. John was an advocate for me in all sense of the word. Not only was he available at all hours of the day to answer my questions, he worked with me to explain and guide me during all steps of the proceedings. He gave me reassurance and defended me exceptionally. Would recommend him to any of my friends. My case was ended in a timely manner with a positive outcome due to his legal expertise and experience.
