Attorney Roth has represented me throughout a criminal proceeding. He provided exemplary notice pertaining to each scheduled appointment. What I felt most admirable was the consideration he showed for an actual genuine concern for the decisions I had made resulting in his appointment. Lew is a wonderful attorney. I have used him 2 separate times during my divorce proceedings and child support case. He kept the cost down and was always there when I needed to ask him something or get advice. I received a far better divorce settlement than other people that I know, who paid a lot more than I did. The first time I worked with Mr. Roth was 20 years ago when he accepted a family dispute case I was involved with in Schenectady. He was outstanding and did more than I asked him to do. Friends had told me, "You get what you pay for" but Lew kept responding that, "..he had it comin'". I like Lew because he always told me how much he loves his wife and family.

He hangs you along. Tells you what you want to hear. Then starts asking for more money vid you ask him where the money went you already paid, he will tell you he doesn't have to tell you. You don't hear from him. If you ask a question he will answer with I need more money.
