Brian was recommended to me by my real estate agent when I found the home I wanted. I was a first time buyer and had NO idea what I was doing. Brian was kind and helpful and even helped me understand real estate terminology...which is like a weird separate language! Brian represented me in the purchase of my home and made the process make sense. He did a good job of making me aware of what I was signing and explaining why I would ornwouldnt want to do certain things. He even answered questions for me weeks after closing! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer for real estate.

As a first time home buyer, Brian helped us feel comfortable with all legal aspects throughout the process. Brian was always very responsive and dependable. We had a relatively big winter storm on closing day but it didn't cause any delay as his office stayed open while many other businesses in the area closed. We had a lot of questions and I think Brian did an excellent job answering in layman's terms. I will recommend Brian to other first time home buyers in the area.
