Mark and his team have been assisting my family and my wife's family for several years. We just recently updated our personal documents and can only have high praises and gratitude for making it simple. If you are looking for an Elder Care lawyer and other services, Mr. Aberasturi is the person you should meet with.

We did not find them to be helpful at all when we needed them. They get you in quickly initially but then once you’re an established client and need Medicaid assistance or changes to be made, they are booked up and can’t help. They even told us we could just do forms online ourselves! We were extremely disappointed with the lack of follow through and care. I also don’t think they acted in the best interest of our grandmother when drafting all of her initial documents. Don’t waste your time with people who don’t care.

Very informative

Mark is very knowledgeable and professional, exactly what we were looking for. He did our estate planning and then straightened out work done by another lawyer for my in-laws. If you are reading reviews because you don't know who to choose, look no further.
