Ira Cooper and his secretary, Gina, did a great job with my closings.

Do not trust Ira Cooper and his office. It will take forever to resolve your case. He is not going to courts on Fridays. Instead, he will send one of his relatives who work in his office, just to get another court date. And you will pay for that by your time and money.

The attorney is not responsible at all. I haven't talk to the attorney for half year since first we met as they were trying to get the money from you. since then, they always find someone who doesn't know the law well and talk to me and tell me the lawyer is in the court. STEPHANIE named herself as legal assistant, she is very unprofessional and rule. I asked her why the court was adjured and why we need to wait for so long to get the warrant to do the eviction. Her attitude was like impatient. And also tell me : if you want to know, go google and educated yourself. Then what is the point of hiring the lawyer if they tell me go find out yourself. and later on, Stephanie hang off the phone. PLEASE DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME HERE. THIS LAW FIRM IS VERY VERY SUCK. unprofessional and low educated employees.

Lawyer is not responsible at all! You can hardly get back from the attorney. I suggest you don't waste your time and money unless you want to lose you case!

Fantastic law office, great service!

Horrible horrible experience. When you give them money they become responsive. I would never use them again with anything. I had used them for tenant landlord eviction case. Here is the problem with this company: 1. You can never get anyone except the reception who from time to time likes to laugh behind the phone or won't like to pick and hang up the phone. 2. You are a case number rather a person. You must refer yourself to a case title or number to get someone to speak to you. 3. Your case is tossed around from one attorney to another and they will all leave you hanging. For example when i had Ira, Josh and some girl i dont recall her name; they will never explain to you what happened in the court room. What they will tell you to do is to wait for them for a min while they go in to another court. After waiting for a min, it becomes 2 hours for them to remember you've standing around like an idiot waiting for them. This happened multiple times btw. 3. Also the attorney doesnt really much defend you in their effort. They will agree to anything the other half have to offer. They seem like they are going to engage in a battle but at the end ...the performance is very very poor. The effort of defending you as a landlord needs alot of improvements. 4.since all my attorneys are always hard to get in contact, i had to go there in person 4 times to get an answer.. And you know what... All of them seems to not soo busy. But are willing to speak to me when i decided to pay half od the bargain. I would not recomment this company at all. So far i spent over 3000 and got myself no where. Luckily for me my tenant decided she had enough of this roundabout and decided to leave on her own. This is a friendly and caring person who wants everyone to get the right attorney at their own descretion.

Great landlord tenant Law Firm been dealing with them for 15 years probably the best I've dealt with in Queens or New York for that matter of fact Ira Cooper is the lead attorney and he is absolutely knowledgeable and extremely extremely nice and very patient

I hired Cooper and Paroff to evict a tenant and get a monetary judgment for me. They consistently ignored my calls, emails and requests for status updates. In addition, when I showed up for court, it took Todd Balch over 3 hours just to show up and talk to me. I would not use them again.

When looking for legal advice concerning a landlord, I came to Cooper & Paroff P.C. They were able to effectively, professionally, AND politely answer all of my questions!
