We had a very serious traffic ticket issue at the Nassau County Parking and Traffic Violation Agency, many tickets and a lot of points and Mr. Sobel got them all dismissed. He is the best!!!!

I connected with Bart on the recommendation of a professional contact. He was honest and thorough and got me out of a real traffic court bind. He went above and beyond to help me out even giving me 2 options for courses of action (with 2 different fee schedules) and allowed me to opt for one or the other without any financial risk.
I gave him all the info and the next time I heard from him the situation was taken care of without any fines, points on my driving record, or insurance ramifications!!! He is efficient, dependable and kind.

Bart was extremely diligent and persistent in getting my no signal, and speeding ticket which would have resulted in five points on my license, increased insurance, and a bevy of other fines down to 2 jay walking tickets and NO POINTS! He is very responsive and caring!
If you have any issues pertaining to a traffic violation, do not hesitate to hire Mr. Sobel!

So I got a pretty gnarley speeding ticket in Kings Point on Long Island while I was working about 15 months ago. Hiring Bart to handle the chaos was the best decision I could have made, not only was he kind, attentive and informative but he truly cared! He was able to get my speeding ticket down and dealt with pushback after pushback from the local village court. I got a traffic ticket and thankfully Bart was there to help me out. He was extremely responsive which was exactly what I was looking for. Bart explained the process, then went to court and dealt with the judge without me (which was a huge plus). Besides being very nice he also got the job done. No points!
