I had the pleasure of working with Esther Schwartz Zelmanovitz for our power of attorney needs, and I can't recommend her enough! Recommended by Northwell Health Hospital, Esther truly exceeded my expectations. I was leaving town the next day, and she made time for us on short notice, which I greatly appreciated. She is an exceptional professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. Her advice was spot on, and she guided us through the process with clarity and compassion. If you're looking for an elder attorney who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding service, Esther is the one to call!

Facing mortality is not one of those things one is eager to deal with, but eventually people have to and should do it - make a will, that is. Esther guided us through the process expertly. She has a great sense of humor and can put the subject in understandable terms, while putting us at ease about the process. She was patient with all our questions.

Though I'm a health professional and also manage a thriving medical practice, I could not have possibly navigated my Dad's increasing medical needs, applying for caregiving services through the Medicaid program, without the help of Esther and her staff. From discussing best approaches to his needs, paperwork, phone calls, to do lists - what appeared to be an insurmountable task, especially long distance, was managed with this law firms help. There was some problem solving that required creative approaches and frankly massive amounts of red tape to navigate. Esther and Estie offered patience and guidance and we successfully obtained necessary caregiving for my Dad. Their knowledge of trust law and government services was vital to this process. I highly recommend this law firm and "team" for anyone facing the possibility of needing help with a senior, aging member of the family.

I highly recommended this compassionate, knowledgeable, and diligent attorney, who will reliably assist you with all matters pertaining to your estate.

We were renting out part of our home, and ended up having problems with the tenant. He stopped paying us rent, and also refused to leave. He said if we wanted the money or wanted him to move out, we'd have to take him to court. We started our search for a lawyer, and found Radow Law Group, which had very good reviews. Founding partner Michael Sheena handled our case. The first step was to serve a 30 day eviction notice. Michael composed the notice and had a process server serve it to the tenant. Even though the tenant continued to state that he wouldn't leave and that he would fight us in court, he did end up moving out before the notice end date. While I'm sure not all tenants will be all bark and no bite, we're happy with the end result - we just wanted him gone, and we weren't overly concerned with recovering the 2 months unpaid rent. We're also thankful for the pricing structure, which is "pay per step". Other law firms we contacted wanted full payment upfront for the full process (from serving the 30 day notice through the court process, and eventual eviction by the marshall), which was anywhere between $3,000 and $5,000 (with some firms saying we'd get a partial refund if not all steps are needed). Radow Law Group only charged us for the notice process, and said if the tenant moved out without us needing to petition the court, there'd be no additional charges. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and the results. Thank you Michael, and Radow Law Group!
