Joshua Botesazan represented me as a real estate buyer.
What supposed to be a simple transaction, turned out to be a 6 month of dealing with difficult coop board. He was extremely efficient, responsive to my phone calls and emails and always available to answer questions.

I've known Josh since high school, and I'm proud to say that I hired him when my brother was being sued for breach of contract. We're still in the midst of the case, but my brother and I appreciate Josh's responsiveness and knowledge of contract law.
