Never finished my real estate transaction, still to this date

I first hired Mark Walling 20 years ago and he did a great job we were very satisfied and I feel we got a great value for money. More recently I needed to utilize his services and again he came through for us. I recommend his services to my family and friends

I was referred to Michael Cooper's office by a friend for a house closing. I would not use them again. They don't do what they say they will (return phone calls, send info via email, no follow up, etc) At closing they "mistakingly" withheld a few thousand dollars of the proceeds from me (I had to catch the error) When you hire an attorney to represent you, they should be all about helping you and looking after your best interests. It was a struggle with the staff at this attorney's office to do that.....
