All I have to say is I WISH I knew David when I hired another attorney who in the end completely botched my moving violation case by not showing up at court several years ago. Due to that, I was threatened a year suspension along with fines if I didn't plead guilty. A friend quickly recommended David. It was too late for him to take care of the original citation, however I appreciated his honesty. I made sure to keep his information then which came in handy when I received a speeding ticket a few months later. His retainer fee was more than fair priced considering the citation was completely dismissed. Quite recently, I had been disputing with NYC DOT for its bogus citation regarding the license plates display and I remembered about David. I called him after 5pm, so I was sure I would get a voicemail. He picked up and took time to actually help me navigate what I needed to do over the phone. He gave the best advice.
