Was such a delight dealing with Gary. I had a matter that needed to be dealt with promptly and he got back to me at 10pm within 5 min of contacting him to handle it. He got my infraction knocked down from 6 points to zero points with a record. Wonderful experience will absolutely use him again if needed and recommend him to everyone

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the law firm assigned to me through LegalShield. Despite submitting two intake requests over the last two months, I received no response or follow-up. When I finally managed to speak with an intake specialist Sophia last week, her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. At the start of our conversation, I attempted to confirm the phone number they had on file, only for Sophia to respond curtly, “We called the number that you called from.” She provided specific times for the calls, and it was only at the end of our discussion that she revealed they had the wrong number. This lack of attention to detail and poor communication is unacceptable. My latest request involved legal documents for my business, which are crucial for compliance. Despite using the LegalShield app to communicate and upload the necessary documents, I continued to receive emails asking me to upload the same documents again. This redundant and inefficient process has been frustrating and time-consuming. It seems this firm prioritizes clients who can afford to pay thousands of dollars over LegalShield members. Their lack of care and attention has put me at risk of missing important compliance deadlines in New York, which could have significant repercussions for my business. I have also requested to switch firms through LegalShield, but my request has been ignored. I strongly advise against using this firm if you are seeking reliable and responsive legal support. Stay away from this firm if you value timely and professional legal assistance.

Gary Miller provided excellent services to take care of a ticket I got here on Long Island. I provided the ticket I got to him a day after I received it, and within 7 days, I received a message from him saying the ticket was reduced to a 0 point violation. I did not have to go to court and I did not have to wait a long time at all. His services were fast, easy to use, and communication was quick and responsive. Service pricing was affordable and easy to pay. I will use his services again if I ever need to.
