Frank walked us through the entire estate planning process and his expert guidance was truly a gift. My husband has a very demanding work schedule, but Frank was able to accommodate our scheduling needs and made the process as painless and efficient as possible. In fact, we had such a positive experience that we chose to go back to the firm when we needed elder law support for my father-in-law. Everyone that we worked with was so extremely helpful, especially Gina Guelleme, who guided us through the Medicaid application process and helped us quickly secure Power of Attorney. I have had my fair share of dealings with different law firms & FKM is one that cares. I have never had a horrible experience with anyone at the firm. The phone is always answers with a welcoming tone. Some awesome people who I have had the pleasure of working with are Russel, Steve, John and Rocco. Each of them carve out time to make me not feel rushed & allow me to ask questions. They all have great communication skills and are prompt to responding & completing work. FKM is a place I recommend to anyone or any business. FKM has helped me with documents for my personal life & my tutoring company. Documents are always completed in a timely manner, & reflect any needs/wants. You do feel like you are being heard at FKM. Who ever is hiring really knows what they are doing.
