My experience with Claudia Batarseh and her team was great. Everything was very straight forward and I was always advised of every single update on my case. This was my third attorney on my case and it was nice to finally go somewhere where I was heard and where I was provided with actual results and not just billed with no actual work done. We used Sura as our real estate attorney for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. She was always available when we had a question, and made sure we understood everything. She negotiated a difficult contract on our sale to set us up for success on our purchase. She is down to earth, yet professional. I would recommend her to anyone that is buying/selling a home.
