After joining Legal Shield and working with Attorney Brook who guided me at every step and later when I worked with other associates I was pleased.
However, now that I am asking for guidance my queries are not being responded to — now is the time when I need support the most.
I will continue having Legal Sheild and FKM by my side as it’s a huge comfort for someone at my age and in my situation.

He explained the process and probable outcomes. Everything was conveniently handled over the phone and by text. Within less than 2 weeks my ticket was resolved.
