I recently had a consultation regarding a serious matter and the lawyers were not helpful. They were dismissive and kept cutting me know while I was trying explain the nature of the issues I was experiencing. They come across credible but they are not and not supportive in resolving civil matters.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have been trying to get assistance from them with a matter and they have an attorney I spoke with who was very nasty and rude. His name is Richard Brooke. This man does not want to do his job that I pay them to do. The receptionist that answers the phone Jody was very nasty and rude on the phone to me and hung up on me twice. These people are rude and don’t appreciate clients for smaller places because they want clients who can pay their humongous consultation fee. If they do not want to do the work they are to do through partnerships they should go ahead and cancel their service and do other law firms who will accept us a favor. They want to use that money to refer you to a lawyer in their office when they are suppose to give you general legal advice. They do not want to do it and are only focused on big bucks. They are scamming people by giving them the run around.

These people are scammers trying to scam people who use legal shield: they do not offer help. They just landlock you saying they can’t give general advice for the 29.95 you pay for legal shield and that for that 29.95 they can only refer you to their lawyers. Legal shield clearly states that you can get general advice. They are using it to round up users and not help them if you can’t pay their humungous consultation fees. If you do not want to do the work, leave so that other law firms who are willing to help the smaller man can! ———Edited since you wan to d to block me from leaving more reviews. I am confused you may be confusing me with someone else. I do not know what you are referrring to. I have never said I was represented by another counsel. I asked to general information about a matter. The fact that you are confusing me with someone else just further proves that this is something you do to your clients on a daily basis. Like I said if you do not want to help someone paying 2995 and only want to help those paying your thousand dollar consultation free please refrain from trying to fish clients through legal shield. I sure would like to remove you as my. Provider firm but legal shield won’t allow me to so I’m stuck with someone who can’t help me and still out 29.95. I have been using legal shield since they were known as prepaid legal, and has never encountered this issue dealing with any other law firm. This is a Feldman Kramer and Monaco issue.
