I had the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident 5/2020. Michael Langella was recommended to me by several sources. I was seriously injured and also had previous injuries that complicated my case. Michael along with his office staff worked very efficiently. He kept contact through emails, phone calls and mail. Since COVID many things have changed. When it came time to doing a deposition for the insurance company I was at home sitting in front of my computer doing a video conference with Michael and the lawyer representing the insurance company. Would never use again or recommend. First meeting gave me sales pitch. Always gets his clients largest compensation in quickest time. Contacted him via email and phone after months of no contact for update on case no response. Advised him this is not how I do business I expect a response. Finally almost 2 years later contacts me states case settled without even consulting me first for low amount! Then I don't received check as stated after clears contact him he states he forgot to mail it! Wants me to meet him in parking lot of bank during Covid shelter in place to pick up! Told him just mail as I requested weeks ago. Stay away!

Not sure why my name was hidden. MaryAnn Barry I have used him twice for personal injury matters, one a car accident, the other an issue that I fell while walking my dog, broke my shoulder, had 2 surgeries and got nothing for compensation. Michael is also very abrupt at times which is a total put off to a client. Would never use him again A year after posting this review, this shady attorney accuses me of trying to get him to do something unethical! He obviously is a LIAR or has mixed me up with someone else.
