Retaining an attorney to handle your personal matters is very delicate. Putting your future in someone's hands means a lot. I will be continually updating this review to inform potential clients the outcome. As of today Louis has listened and read all of the challenges that I am dealing with. He scheduled a call and called me promptly. Louis probably will be facing one of the largest tasks ahead of him in front of a Supreme Court Judge with over a dozen tasks to address. In the end us clients want what's best for not only us, but our children. And this man so far has shown dedication and determination to fulfill these challenges that he will soon face in court in the coming weeks. When looking for a recommendation for a traffic attorney, Gary was mentioned often on a local community page. I contacted his office and he responded back quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional. Gary answered all of my questions then and continued to be responsive as the process went along. He took a very stressful situation for us and was able to get a fantastic result. I would highly recommend Gary for any of your traffic court needs.

I messed up and accidentally refused a tpleas offer, and was looking at some hefty fines and points. I had no idea what to do so I called Gary. He took care of everything over the phone, I never had to appear in court, and he even got my fines reduced lower than the tpleas offer! All wrapped up in 2 weeks! Gary's the BEST! 5 STARS PLUS!

My mother is a UFT member who chose this law firm as the one to do her will and trust. Everything went well until after we received the draft. I received a email stating to look over the draft and that the original attorney who handled the case was no longer with the firm but they had others who could assist. We had no issue with another Attorney taking the case on. We looked over the draft and were ready to sign. That’s when everything went left. We requested a day to sign the paperwork in the city as the original Attorney stated he would do. No date was ever given to us and an Attorney never responded. My mother then ended up being hospitalized and again I reached out to see if they could come to the hospital. Again no response from them except from Jennifer who is not an Attorney and needed one to contact us. Be careful as once you sign on for them to do the work for you, they do not provide a refund once they send you a draft of your will or trust paperwork. For you to get a refund after the draft of your paperwork is complete, it appears you have to go through arbitration. On February 19th I reached out to them so that we could get the paperwork signed. It is now March 11 and I have not received a response. Jennifer who works there has been amazing at taking my calls, responding to my emails and trying to get the help my mother requires, however no matter how hard she tries, no one cares enough to return our calls. I have emailed and called many times and again no response. My mother is currently in the hospital and extremely stressed day by day as her paperwork is not signed yet. I requested a refund numerous times as I lost faith in them to do the job but have yet to receive it. At this point I requested arbitration and I’m waiting to see if they will send my mother’s case to arbitration so she may get a refund. With all going on the last thing I need having my mother stressed in a hospital.

I had 2 HOV tickets and after receiving letters in the mail for not answering them i decided to look on google for a lawyer and came across Gary. I gave him a call, he took my payment over then phone and i didnt have to appear in court. He got my tickets reduced to parking tickets with 0 points and an extremely low fine! I will continue to use Gary and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of help!

A very strange place with NO answering services and no receptionists. They are affiliated with the UFT. How? Why? You must trust one star reviews. They are also very wiggly and indirect. Their secretary will email you with their discount offer (20%) but they would not say what was the principal charge. They also wouldn't respond to your emails or your calls at any time of the day. And if you choose to visit their office it will be shut and locked like an empty hotel room. A very strange office indeed. Why would the UFT choose this firm?

I was searching for a lawyer that was very familiar with the court system and I came across Gary Miller I sent him an email and he responded quick he called me that same day about a half an hour to 45 minutes later My overall experience with Gary everything was very easy he handled everything and he got my 8-point speeding ticket down to 0 points and I'm so thankful for that
