This company tries its best to guide you in any way they think will help , this problem I have is very difficult for me especially because I have no knowledge of laws and lawyers. But Lisa Tehranian was wonderful, she helped me through everything . I was very grateful for her help. She called me to see how things were going and knew I was a bit frustrated so she went out of her way to make calls for me and directing me to other things to do.

Legal shield isn't worth the monthly fee, the attorney was surly and unhelpful. My boyfriend who lives on the UWS paid for the service to help his dealing with a landlord-tenant issue. The attorney couldn't have been less helpful if he tried.

I have been a Legal Shield member for years and I love it. I get my monies worth with the vast number of topics I address with them. They are reliable in getting back to me within the same day and they are patient. with great customer service skills. I think Legal Shield memberships are great for small business owners
