I found Gary through a Google search and saw that he had great reviews. I called a few firms and found that Gary's legal fee was reasonable and was hopeful that the results would be exceptional like his reviews. He did not disappoint. He communicated via text and phone (on weekends too!) and got the job done. What should have been a multiple point situation plus penalties was miraculously reduced to zero points! And the penalty was also surprisingly low. I credit his experience, knowledge and likeable personality to what I believe to be a great outcome. Thanks so much for your help!!

I'm not recommending you get a traffic ticket but if you ever do, Gary will be happy to help you. He was great and very straightforward to work with. I'm very grateful to have found him and I highly recommend him.

FKM courtesy of Harold Gerry and Kathleen Rose was one of the worst mistakes I made when handling my father's estate. I used FKM because they were the legal advice recommended by the UFT. Big mistake. Please do not use these people. They lie and steal money. Worse of all no one is able to answer any questions once they're paid. They will make you do all the research about any question you have. Originally I was assigned Kathleen Rose. However, she abruptly departed from the firm and didn't think it was common courtesy to let me know I would have a different lawyer. Then I met Harold Gerry. Harold Gerry is supposed to be the head of the estates department. However, Gerry is simply incompetent and inept to handling any legal issue. It took multiple times to get Gerry to respond to anything. When he does finally respond after two or three weeks of waiting, his answers lack any action. If he decides that he wants to talk on the phone, you'll spend all day playing phone tag with him where he still won't know the answer to anything. The only semi useful people are the paralegals. However, in every document they filed for me, there were inaccuracies from zip codes to simply failing to tell to me a document was rejected by the recording office at Suffolk for over six weeks. If the amount of positive reviews from this firm has you doubting this, pay close attention to when those reviews were made. Over 35 five stars reviews were made in a week. At no other other time did FKM get 35 five stars reviews in a single week. If they're willing to lie about google reviews, they're willing to lie about everything and anything to steal your hard earned money out of your pocket. Please go somewhere else and avoid these incompetent third rate lawyers.
