Cliff was my second cousel replacing an ineffective representation that nearly cost me several $100k more. Almost immediately I started to see a resolution after ~1 year stalemate negoatiations. I wanted to write a review so people know how helpful Timothy Manning was throughout this whole process. I ended up getting 2 tickets which were a total of 4 points on my license. Tim fought them for me and moved them all the way down to no point traffic violation tickets and I have plenty of time to fulfill the payment.
