Stepped into a very complex 10 year court battle. Within 5 months of having my case he was able to negotiate a final settlement and end what I thought would never end. He should be everyones go to divorce lawyer if you actually want results.

I would award Petroske, Riezenman and Meyers Law Firm 10 stars if the rating system allowed it. Mr. Clifford Petroske, is an extremely knowledgeable Attorney. He has demonstrated a profound ability to articulate an incredible interpretation of the law during a trial. He also meticulously presents a superb legal presentation. The entire support staff is top notch. The combined efforts of their competence, patience, diligence and compassion has made an extremely difficult circumstance tolerable. I had complete confidence that they were working constantly for my benefit. I highly recommend Mr. Petroske and this Law Firm.

Amazing experience working with Kenneth Mollins and his team helping out my case in an extremely timely manner. Specific shout out to Timothy Manning who did everything he could to make my experience as easy as possible.

Mr. Timothy Manning was phenomenal. I got a speeding ticket in 2017 and moved to Florida and forgot to pay it. 3 years later I found out my license was suspended in Florida from New York. Mr. Manning got my case and promptly went to court on my behalf. He got the ticket reduced from speeding to following too closely which greatly reduced the points and summons amount. He kept up with me every step of the way and even went to the court after my case had ended to make sure they received payment. He didn’t have to do that but he did it anyway because he really cared to make sure my record was clean as I’m a trucker and having my license suspended means that I lose my livelihood. I’m so lucky I found an attorney like him. Very professional, dedicated, detailed and I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed. I wish I could give him 10 stars because 5 doesn’t do him justice.

I highly recommend this office for traffic tickets. I was represented by Timothy Manning for a 6 point speeding ticket which was reduced to a parking ticket with no points. I didn't have to appear in court and had time to pay the fee!

Excellence service from start to finish

I recently had a traffic violation and was represented by Mr. Timothy Manning. After contacting the Law Office of Kenneth Mollins, I was put in touch with Mr. Manning. We spoke about options and the next day my ticket was settled for the exact outcome that we spoke about. I had issues paying through the system used by the courts and was unable to speak with anyone at the payment center. The only way to handle this was in person in New York. Living in Atlanta, this was not possible. I reached out to Mr. Manning and this was handled within 2 days. Timothy went out of his way to take care of this. Imagine living in a different state with the threat of your license being suspended and unable to reach a live person by phone, with your only option being to take a trip to New York, missing time from work and incurring the costs associated with this trip due to a system failure by the courts. Mr. Manning was on my side long after his job was done. In this day and age, finding someone of the character and care of Mr. Manning will be hard, maybe impossible.

I needed help with a cell phone ticket, and Tim Manning was amazing! He was able to get it down to a parking violation with ZERO POINTS!! SO much better than I expected. He stayed in touch and kept me posted throughout the entire process. He's a hell of an attorney and I highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. This office was fantastic!!! Timothy Manning represented me in Suffolk County Traffic Violations Court in Hauppauge for an 11 point ticket, 8 points for speeding and a 3 point disobey traffic control device ticket. It was enough to suspend my license, but he negotiated it down to a 4 point following too closely ticket. He is definitely worth the time and would be very smart to retain his services. This office handles other defenses also, but for traffic tickets in Suffolk, this is was great. Highly Recommend to everyone in a similar situation.
