I hired her for family court she is very professional and very nolidgible on all court issues

Debra was able to eliminate my child support, and reverse the custodial residence so that it is now MY household. Now I will receive the child support.

Disclaimer: I am not a fan of attorneys. After being burned by other attorneys I retained Ms. Welsh. She represented me fairly and I prevailed with her help. She did not nickel and dime me to death. Professional in every manner. She answered her phone and returned emails and she never blew me off. Unlike other attorneys, she never acted like she was better than you and always listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail. Very professional!!

Debra Welsh was hired to work on my brother's behalf on his divorce case. She was amazing. And by that, I mean she was super conscientious, responded to emails and phone calls promptly (usually within 1 or 2 hours), and was extremely knowledgeable! She walked us through each step and let us know what to expect next. She was patient and most accommodating. The case is almost finalized and she's done an outstanding job from day one!!

Going through a divorce is not only difficult, painful and expensive.....it is overwhelming....Ms Welsh was great about explaining all the details in a way I can understand them. She constantly had to deliver news that was unwelcoming, as it is in most divorces. She showed compassion, empathy and managed to "cool" me down. She was very reachable, which to me was comforting and important, I never had to wait long for responses. This process is long and at times excrutiating....and Ms Welsh was my calm in my "personal" storm. She helped me "see" reason time and time again in very unreasonable circumstances. I would highly recommend her services.
