From start to finish he was an exceptional lawyer to a close relative of mine! Explained everything to us in terms we could understand and most importantly it was extremely easy to reach him (texts, calls, emails, reminders, etc) for questions or concerns even after the case was resolved. There were no surprises and everything played out exactly how he predicted. Would definitely use again if needed and would recommend to anyone!

Starting with my call to him, the experience was great. He called me back right away (but I couldn't talk at the moment). When I called back, his secretary was very nice and professional and connected me to him very quickly. Glenn was awesome and worked with me on my needs. I felt confident that I was putting my traffic issue in good hands. Within less than a week, Glenn contacted me via email to let me know the outcome. I was pleased. I also really like his web portal. It made things easier.

I recently had the misfortune of getting a speeding ticket on the parkway. So I started asking a few friends for the name of an attorney who might help me. I tried calling a few of them- but none of them got back to me in a timely manner- if at all. I even called my own attorney who has been a friend of the family for many years. He listened to my story and basically told me: You’re screwed. I don’t think I can help you... Call so and so, they might be able to help. Frustrated, after weeks of patiently waiting for attorneys to get back to me, I then googled ‘local attorney for speeding tickets’, which is how I found Glenn. I called his office, around 2:00 in the afternoon, one day; they said he was in court presently, but that he would get back to me soon. A few minutes later, I get a text: He says thanks for contacting him; he’ll call me later that evening to discuss my case. A few minutes later, I get an email invitation to register with his website portal to facilitate secure billing, documentation and communications with his practice. Later that day, around 6:00pm, Glenn calls me, as promised. In a 5 minute phone call, he listens to my story and tells me in plain language what he thinks he can do for me and explains his very reasonable fee structure. This was such a refreshing change from the way all the other people I called regarding this matter treated me. About 2 weeks before the court date, I get word from his website that the situation has been resolved and that there are documents on the site for me to review. I log in and see that everything he told me that he believed he could achieve for me, has been successfully adjudicated. From start to finish, Glenn and his people were awesome! You will not be disappointed.

Glenn Kurtzrock has been and is still representing me over MANY traffic tickets I have received. I have to say I am 100% satisfied with his service and professionalism.
